The Region recently hosted two workshops to get local communities StormReady. National Weather Service and Emergency Management officials described the process for getting communities, small busineses, and other organizations "StormReady".
The workshops covered the steps of the process, benefits, renewal, and input from those in the region who have become StormReady. Application assistance is still available. A recap of the National Weather Service presentation is available in powerpoint format below.
